Sub: $ CPU ’92 Free Passes
Hewlett-Packard wishes to show its support of Macintosh user groups. For this
reason, it has allocated 100 free passes for user group officials for my
conference. These passes will be given to the first 100 user groups that
respond to this AppleLink. We are providing one pass per group in order to
accomodate as many groups as possible.
Please send us this information, so that we can print badges. Pre-registration
is required because the conference will sell out. People should not "just show
up" and expect to get in.

We’d appreciate it if you spread the news about this conference. We’ll be
sending out flyers in the near future.
Thank you very much.

CPU’92
A computer conference is often measured by how many people attend, who had the
nicest booth, and who threw the best party. All these things do not add up to
how much you can discover, explore, and experience the products you came to
see.
Hewlett-Packard and I are trying to change this by sponsoring a
product-oriented conference called CPU ’92. (CPU stands for Creativity,
Productivity, and Utility.) Our goal is to help you get the inside story of the
hottest software you'll see at Macworld Expo.
The products will be presented by the presidents, product managers, and
designers who created them. After each session, you’ll get answers to the
questions you always wanted to ask. Each demonstrator (only one product is ever
shown at a time) gets 45 minutes on a large screen, color projector.
